| 英文摘要 | Denseceramiccoatingsintherangefrom1to300µmcanbeapplieddirectlyfromceramicpowderswithouthightemperatureprocessesonalmostanysubstratematerialsusingtheaerosoldepositionmethod(ADM),whichisknowninGermanas"aerosolbasierteKaltabscheidung(roomtemperatureimpactconsolidation)".Evenceramiccoatingswithlowmeltingmetals,glassesorveryhardpolymerscancoated.Thematerialpropertiesofthedepositedlayeraretherebysimilartothesourcematerial.IntheADMcommunityitisrepeatedlyobservedthatthehardnessdifferencebetweensubstrateandcoatingmaterialaswellasthemechanicalpropertiesofthesubstratearekeyinfluencingfactorsfortheADMdepositionsuccess.Ownobservationssuggestthatsoftermaterialscanbedepositedmoreeasilyandwithmuchlargerthicknessesonceramicsasharderceramics.Itseemsthatacertainminimumsubstratehardnessandsubstratetoughnessmustexisttodepositthepowderasadenseadhesivefilm.Inthisproject,wewanttovarythemechanicalpropertiesofthesubstrateandthecoatingmaterialbytemperaturevariation,especiallybycoolingofthesubstrateorthepowderoveralargetemperaturerangedownto77Ktoinvestigatetheeffectofthemechanicalpropertiesontheabilitytoformhighqualityfilms.Sofar,onlyworksareknown,whichexplainthe(negative)impactofanincreaseinsubstratetemperature.Theprojectisplannedforaperiodoftwomonths(withrequiredfundingforonly18personmonth).Itstartswiththemodificationofoneofthechair'sADMcoatingmachinessothatpowderandsubstratecoolingispossible.Inordertodeterminetheeffectoftemperatureonthecoatingbehavior,theactualcoatingtestsarethencarriedoutintheformofatestmatrixatdifferenttemperaturesforfivesubstratematerialsandfourpowdersinawaythatbytemperaturevariationsofsubstrateandpowdermaterialthedepositionwindowisadjusted.Forthatpurpose,materialsthatexhibitalargechangeinthemechanicalpropertiesinthelow-temperaturerangeareused.Attheendoftheproject,aconceptualproofshouldhavebeenprovidedshowingthatthecryogenicsADMimprovesthelayerformation(higherdepositionratesorhigherlayerquality)orallowsanextensionoftheprocesswindow(depositionofmaterialsthatcanotherwisenotbedepositedbyADM). |
