英文摘要The effects of climate change are a source of uncertainty for businesses worldwide. Climate change has been causing significant and disruptive changes in the socio-ecological systems in which organizations interact. This study aims to provide a holistic assessment of the intersection of climate change and organizational literature since the end of the twentieth century. It seeks answers to the following questions: What is the evolution of this subject during 1999-2021? What are the leading research organizations and main journals contributing to this subject? Who are the main authors? What thematic clusters are found in the literature? Which theme has not been sufficiently researched and requires further attention? We analyzed 1476 publications obtained from the Web of Science database using two bibliometric methods: co-citation and co-word network analysis. The analysis showed that the University of Queensland, Australia, is the most productive research organization, and Energy Policy is the most productive journal. Ans Kolk and Michael E. Porter are the most cited authors in the literature. The cluster analysis identified five main themes: corporate environmental strategies and policies, corporate environmental outcomes and reporting, corporate environmental pressures, corporate governance and environmental management, and environmental finance.
