英文摘要 | The source process model of the 2013 M(w)7. 7 Pakistan Balochistan earthquake was obtained by joint inversion of the far-field waveforms and the co-seismic horizontal displacements extracted from high-resolution optical images. The results show that this strong earthquake occurred on the listric and curved Hoshab fault with dominated motion of the left-lateral strike slip. We argued that this strong earthquake with rare motion pattern is the result of the interaction between the oblique stress field and the special fault geometry form. In the research work, a large number of co-seismic displacements with uniform distribution was involved in the inversion calculation, and the results show that the method of using the co-seismic displacements in the form of complete image can overcome the systematic error of the data to obtain reliable model. |
