中文摘要 | 文章以荒漠植物红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)为研究对象,通过测定中国境内红砂主要分布区内21个自然种群407个植株的稳定碳同位素(delta13C值,同时测定了不同种群内土壤含水量、可溶性盐分含量、有机质、全氮、全磷含量等土壤理化性状指标,分析不同自然种群红砂叶片稳定碳同位素值的空间分布特征以及影响红砂稳定碳同位素值变化的主要因子.研究结果表明,虽然从总体上看红砂delta13C值空间分布的整体趋势不明显,其delta13C值与经、纬度和海拔之间没有显著相关关系,但当比较来自于同一气候区两个不同红砂种群时,其叶片delta13C平均值有明显的自东向西、自北向南显著增加的趋势,分析结果表明土壤含水量是控制红砂delta13C值在小的空间范围内变化的主导因子. |
英文摘要 | In order to investigate the distribution characteristics of stable carbon isotope ratios (delta~(13)C) in desert plant Reaumuria soongorica, S C values of leaves were measured from 407 individual plants of 21 populations. Soil physicochemical properties including soil water content, soil total dissolved solids, soil total nitrogen, soil total phosphorus and soil organic content were also analyzed in order to survey the major factor influencing delta~(13)C values on spatial variation. Leaves and soil samples were simultaneously collected from the major 10 distribution areas in Northwest China at altitudes from 394m to 1987m above sea level, at latitudes from 36°10'N to 44°33'N, and at longitudes from 81°43'E to 106°37'E. These 10 areas include Shihezi, Baicheng, Yiwu areas in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomies Region, Anxi, Zhangye, Baiyin, Lanzhou areas in Gansu Province, Shapotou, Yinchuan areas in Ningxia Hui Autonomies Region, Alashan county in Nei Mongol Autonomies Region. The results show that delta~(13)C value of R. soongorica ranges from - 22.77 to - 29.85 with an average of - 26.52. Foliardelta~(13) C values of R. soongorica are not significantly correlated with altitude, latitude or longitude, and a spatial distribution trend ofdelta~(13) C values of R. soongorica is neither obvious at a large scale. However, when S C values of two R. soongorica populations under the same climate condition are compared, delta~(13)C values increases obviously from east to west and from north to south. As none of the soil total dissolved solids, soil total nitrogen, soil total phosphorus and soil organic content but soil water content show a uniform trend from east to west and from north to south, we suppose that the small-scaled spatial distribution pattern ofdelta~(13)C value of R. soongorica was mainly controled by soil water content. |
