英文摘要	The volumes and carbon storages of the main regional Quaternary formations at Kolyma-Indigirka lowland have been estimated by using the State Geological map of Quaternary Deposits and database of Laboratory of Soil Cryology on carbon concentration, density and moisture in permafrost deposits of different age and genesis. Total carbon storages for the upper 25 m have been presented. The total carbon pool of the upper Neopleistocene Ice Complex (yedoma subhorizont) has been found to be lower than it had been thought previously. The pioneer data change the concept of carbon storage in Arctic permafrost.
