英文摘要The results of experimental studies of the thermal conductivity of gas-saturated sediments during hydrate formation at positive and negative temperatures as well as at freezing and melting are presented in this part. The experimental data have demonstrated that, depending on the conditions, the hydrate formation can both increase and decrease the value of thermal conductivity of investigated sediments. When hydrate is formed at positive temperatures, the increase in thermal conductivity is observed. When hydrate formation occurs in permafrost, the decrease in thermal conductivity takes place. Freezing and melting of hydrate-bearing sediments under the gas pressure above the equilibrium results in the decrease of the thermal conductivity due to the additional hydrate formation. Based on the analysis of the data, the models of gas-saturated sediments during hydrate and ice formation have been suggested.
