英文摘要 | The frozen deposits have been discovered in the boreholes on the Hayes Island, archipelago of Franz Josef Land. The results of cryolithological researches of these deposits are given in the work. Chemical and mechanical composition of rocks, species composition of shells and their age, cryogenic texture, moisture content of deposits have been identifi ed in studies. Micromorphological analysis of thin sections and casts of rocks has been carried out by optical and electron microscopy. Talus, eluvial and coastal ice-marine genesis of the Holocene sediments has been determined for terraces of diff erent ages. Epigenetic and syngenetic types of freezing of rocks have been identifi ed from the change of cryotextures and microstructure of sediments in sections. These types of freezing have been determined in marine, intertidal and subaerial environments. |
