英文摘要 | The changes in geocryological conditions caused by the permafrost degradation were investigated at the key-site at Seyda settlement area, European North of Russia. The forecast analysis of soil temperature regime variability until 2050 and 2099 and the estimated extent of subsidence upon the anticipated thawing of frozen ground served as the basis for quantitative indicators of changes in the geocryological conditions. The paper provides quantitative estimation of thaw subsidence and its spatial distribution patterns, and discusses patterns of permafrost aggradation resulting from the relief inversion. © Academic Publishing House Geo.
